Detection of Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase/P4HB by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). PVDF Membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase/P4HB Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP­conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary. A specific band was detected for Protein Disulfide Isomerase/P4HB at approximately 60kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
